Phoenix is in development. Expressions of interest help planning; they are not appointments, awards, partnerships, or admissions.

Prospective board members

Independent oversight is needed as Phoenix moves from drafts to a real site. Areas where experienced people may contribute include governance, finance, housing/property, community services, and fundraising strategy.

Funders and supporters

Present priorities are planning capacity, property identification/startup readiness, and — later — operating support for a validated site budget. We do not publish a campaign target or secured-funding claim on this site.

Property owners

Phoenix is interested in purchase or lease options in rural northwest North Carolina for a proposed adult transitional residence (capacity planning up to 12, subject to approvals). Suitability depends on inspection, financial feasibility, accessibility, zoning, occupancy, fire, and other applicable reviews.

Community partners and volunteers

We welcome conversations with recovery, housing, employment, and social-service organizations about future referrals and collaboration. Volunteer interest is welcome for later structured roles.
